By downloading or using the Two Daises app (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App or related services.

All purchases made through the App are processed by UTH Inc., the official operator and brand owner of Two Daises.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using it, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to agree to these Terms.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. In-App Purchases
All purchases are processed through WooPayment and related payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). By completing a purchase, you authorize Two Daises to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
UTH Inc. fulfills all product shipments via partner logistics providers. Delivery times may vary by destination and product availability.

All trademarks, brand names, and content displayed in the App are property of UTH Inc. or its suppliers. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.

Refund Policy

We accept returns or refunds within 14 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request a refund:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned product is received and verified.
Opened or used supplements cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
All products sold on this site are fulfilled by third-party suppliers via the Syncee platform. Therefore, refund and return eligibility may vary depending on the supplier’s policy.
Currently, refunds or exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
To request a refund or exchange:

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photo evidence of the defect or incorrect item.
Refund requests due to change of mind, preference, or non-defective products are not accepted as a general rule. If an exception is granted under supplier approval, return shipping and restocking costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
All refund requests are first reviewed by Two Daisies, then processed according to the supplier’s policy. If approved, the refund will be issued in the following order: Supplier → Two Daisies → Customer (via Stripe payment method). Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after refund approval.
Refund requests that do not meet the above criteria, or are submitted without supplier authorization, may be denied. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
For defective or incorrectly delivered items, Two Daisies or the supplier will cover the return shipping cost, and a full refund (including original shipping fees) will be issued.
